LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY

Program Director: Oversee the strategic growth and execution of all BPN initiatives.
Fundraising Manager: Lead our efforts to secure the resources that keep BPN free for all.
Mentoring Manager: Facilitate the connections that spark career growth.
Employment Services Manager: Shape the future of BPN’s career readiness offerings.

SPECIALIZED SUPPORT & TRAINING (These positions are available as both a flexible volunteer role or a structured internship)

AT Training Specialist: Help others master the tools of independence.
Tech Support Specialist: Keep our digital infrastructure running smoothly and accessible.
Grant Writing Specialist: Craft the narratives that win critical funding.
Employment Services Specialist: Work 1-on-1 with members on their career goals.
Program Support Specialist: Dive deep into one program or support multiple initiatives as a "float" specialist.

COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH (These positions are available as both a flexible volunteer role or a structured internship)

Marketing and Communications Specialist: Manage our brand voice and public presence.
Social Media Specialist: Build our community across multiple social media platforms.
Community Outreach Specialist: Forge connections with BVI individuals, organizations, and employers.
Member Liaison Specialist: Act as the primary bridge between BPN and our members.
Membership Specialist: Act as the welcoming face of BPN and conduct member check-ins.

COORDINATION & ENGAGEMENT (These positions are available as both a flexible volunteer role or a structured internship)

Executive Administrative Assistant: Support leadership with high-level organization.
Volunteer Coordinator: Help us grow our team by managing recruitment, orientation, and volunteer engagement.
Workshop Coordinator: Plan and execute BPN Professional development Sessions.
Networking Mixer Coordinator: Create the spaces where our members connect.
Event Support Specialist: Provide essential logistics for virtual and in-person events.
Fundraising Specialist: Drive sustainability by assisting in donor campaigns and sponsor identification.

Submit Your Credentials: Send your resume and a letter of interest to Training@BlindProNet.org. In your letter, please detail your relevant professional experience and your specific motivation for joining the Blind Professionals Network Team.
