A Detailed Training & Assessment Outline
Phase 1: Discovery & Assessment (Pre-Training)

- Initial Consultation: We will meet with your team and your JAWS users to understand their current skill levels, daily responsibilities, and any specific productivity challenges they face.
- System & Program Review: Our team will review the specific software, programs, systems, and databases your employees use. This is a crucial step to identify any accessibility barriers and to understand how JAWS interacts with your proprietary or standard applications.
- Accessibility Evaluation: We will conduct an in-depth evaluation of your systems' accessibility. If a program is not immediately accessible with JAWS, our experts will leverage their skills and knowledge to devise alternative, creative workarounds that enable effective use of the system.

- BPN Membership for Employees: Every blind or visually impaired employee who participates in the training will be automatically registered as a member of Blind Professionals Network at no additional cost. (Complimentary membership will be available to all your blind or visually impaired employees, however, those that participate in the training will have prioritized access to trainings and services.)
- Continuing Education: As BPN members, employees that have completed training will have prioritized access to ongoing training, resources, and a supportive community. They can receive additional training, if needed, to reinforce their skills or learn new ones, ensuring they stay at the top of their game.
- Networking and Mentorship: Membership provides access to our network of blind and visually impaired professionals, offering opportunities for mentorship, networking, and peer support.
